Carol Hopper's Obituary
Carol Broyles Hopper, 66, of Fayetteville, AR, passed away Tuesday, January 14th at WRMC in Fayetteville. She was born March 10, 1947, in Fayetteville to Leonard and Nellie (McKenzie) Broyles.
She was retired from 33 years as a school teacher in the Fayetteville Public Schools. She began teaching at Jefferson Elementary. After three years she became part of the original staff at Happy Hollow Elementary where she completed her career. She was a member of Mount Comfort Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband Nick L. Hopper of the home and her beloved dogs.
Visitation will be held Sunday, January 19th from 2 to 4 p.m. at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held Monday, January 20, 2014 at 10:00AM in the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with the Reverend Philip Hathcock officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens.
