Carol 'Michelle' Ward's Obituary
Carol "Michelle" Ward, 40, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2007 in Fayetteville, after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born October 14, 1966 in Memphis, TN, the daughter of William G. Tilson and Leigh Perkins Boen.
For the last two years her strength and perseverance were obvious to all who knew and loved her. She was a loving mother and daughter. Even though her body could not conquer the cancer, her spirit and will to live continued until the end.
She is survived by two sons; Clay and Spencer Ward of Fayetteville, Arkansas and the children's father; Scott Ward of Fayetteville, Arkansas, mother and step-father; Leigh and Gary Boen of Fayetteville, Arkansas, two brothers; Noah Brauer of Rogers, Arkansas, Lanie Boen of Fayetteville, Arkansas, sister; Amy Buckley of Little Rock, Arkansas, two aunts; Lissa Stott of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Lucia Perkins of Memphis Tennessee and her step-mother; Kathy Tilson of Maumelle, Arkansas.
Funeral services will be 9:00 am, Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond Rooney officiating. Burial will follow in the Bidville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Noah Brauer, Clay Ward, George Whitten, Gary Boen, Lanie Boen, Scott Ward and Spencer Ward.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm till 9:00 pm, Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at the funeral home, with the family receiving friends from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm.
