Carolyn Lucille Hulsey, 78, of Fayetteville, passed away on October 16, 2022. She was born on December 12, 1943, in Fayetteville, Arkansas to James and Delphine Mitchell.
Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Lori Cochran, and Mary Whorton; and son, Jeffrey Thomas.
She is survived by her daughter, Sumar Decrescenzo, son-in-law, Gary Decrecenzo and grandson Shay Descrescenzo; and sister Merleen Bradford.
