Kay Trumbo, (Mrs. Trumbo) was such a smart Southern lady and involved Pi Phi alumna. I knew her when I was an active in the Pi Phi House in the late 1970's. I greatly admired her and saw her as a mentor. We sporadically saw each other over the years, and each time it was a pleasure. My thoughts and prayers are with the Family
Kay was a nice lady and wife of my good friend and classmate Jerry.
Be at peace Mrs. Trumbo-Havens. This 1980 junior high student of yours has never forgotten you. God bless.
Kay (Mrs. Trumbo) was absolutely one of my very favorite teachers at Woodland Jr. High back in 1980. I have never forgotten her nor her inspiration to me and many other students during our teen years. God bless her and her husband and family. And God's peace to each of you during this difficult time.
I had the pleasure of getting to know Kay when I worked at the University of Arkansas. She was the very definition of an elegant, smart and beautiful southern lady. I will always remember her kindness and grace. My condolences to your family.
I will always cherish my memories of a wonderful godmother. Kay was also my teacher at Woodland Junior High School. A gracious lady, a light to many. Her life was a blessing.
