Cecil Ronald Price, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. He was born on June 15, 1937, in Blanchard, Oklahoma, to James William and Bertha Pauline (Green) Price. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 5, 2018, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
