Charity Daphna Carpenter, age 75, of Fayetteville, died Monday, November 30, 2015 in Fayetteville at Willard-Walker Hospice after a short battle with Leukemia. She was born January 18, 1940 in Greenville, Texas, the daughter of Read Obituary
I am sorry to hear about Daphna. She was a special lady. I remember playing wiffleball at their farm with my two sisters a few times. Miss those days. I don't think I have played it since. I went to Winslow School with Dean and remember her shining smile every morning when I would see her. Prayers to all of your family in this time of need.

Mrs. Carpenter was a wonderful lady -- my brother [Brent Hutchins] played baseball at Winslow with her boys. She was a very devoted mother & the love she had for her sons was an inspiration. Thoughts & prayers to the family.
What a terrible loss. Daphna and Bill were great Beaver Lake neighbors. We fondly remember all those weekends, the Rodeo of the Ozarks, and the best breakfast bagels anywhere. Out heartfelt condolences to the family.

I cannot tell you how shocked and sad I am to hear about Daphna. She was a wonderful woman. I feel blessed and lucky to have had the opportunity to get to visit with her (And Bill) a few times over the past couple of years. I was also lucky enough to get to work for her one summer, as an office helper, many many years ago at Winslow High School. My thoughts and prayers are with the family ... may it give you peace knowing so many people are thinking of you all at this time....
