Charles Couch's Obituary
Charles Couch, age 92, of Springdale, Arkansas passed away Thursday, January 2, 2025. He was born October 6, 1932, in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Guy and Pearl (Bolen) Couch. He was preceded in death by his parents: wife, Pearl Marie Couch; two sisters, Martha Ann Couch-Shay and Caroline Sue Couch-Craft , and two sons, Tim Couch and Keenan Couch.
Charles graduated from Fayetteville High School in 1950, served in the U.S. Army during the Korean war, and was a radio tech at Smith Two Way Radio in Fayetteville, Arkansas, for 36 years. He was a member of the Johnson Church of Christ where he served many years as an Elder.
Charles is survived by his daughter Lori Robinson and her husband Russell of Lowell, Arkansas, and his son Jeff Couch and his wife Ruth Ann of Moore, Oklahoma; a daughter-in-law Dorothy Couch of Pensacola. Two brothers, James Couch of Sherwood, Arkansas, and Philip Couch of Batesville, Arkansas; eight grandchildren Chris Couch, Chase Couch (Virginia), David Couch (Devin), Matthew Couch (Mary Ann), Alex Couch (Heidi), Thomas Couch (Catherine), Charles Robinson, Emily Robinson (James Leadingham) and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Moore’s Chapel on Friday, January 10, 2025. Funeral service will be at 10 am on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Johnson Church of Christ with burial to follow in Son’s Chapel Cemetery in Fayetteville under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
