I have so many good memories of growing up with Cecil and his brother Roy. They were my other brothers as I already had four brothers. I will always cherish those memories but I know Cecil is in heaven, a much better place. Weather will not permit me to be at the viewing or funeral but my thoughts and prayers are with Ruby and her family.
Uncle Charlie we love and we miss you so much but we know that you are having a awesome time in Heaven right now. Love you Peewee, Pumpkin, Chris, and Mary.
