Charles Polston brightened our doorstep for many years with his presence. We have no doubt he has been welcomed home with our Saviour Christ Jesus with a "Well done my good and faithful servant!". Our prayers for peace and healing for his family and all who will miss him. Dr. Nick and Maria Banks.
Papaw was an Amazing man with a very Big Heart and loved the Lord. My husband, David Burt and I sang in the Choir at Cross Church and had the opportunity to sing with Papaw for several years. Heaven certainly has another Angel today. Prayers going out to the family and many friends that loved him so very much! He will be missed. God Bless you Papaw and we will see you again one day in Heaven.

I did not know Papaw personally but always looked forward to and appreciated his calls from church and prayers over the phone. He lived out his faith and love for the church in such a way for all of us to aspire to. The choir in heaven gained a faithful servant!

Simple words can't express what a blessing Papaw was to our family. His sweet voice on the phone offering up prayers for our family at just the right time. He was offering up prayers thru the good and the bad... And was appreciated SO MUCH. What a legacy he left.
