Charles Teeter's Obituary
Charles A. Teeter, age 69, of Fayetteville, died Thursday, May 19, 2011 at his home. He was born July 17, 1941 at McAlester, Oklahoma, the son of Clarence O. Teeter and Nova Backus Teeter.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Marilyn Teeter and a brother, Howard Teeter.
He was an U. S. Air Force veteran and worked for Kansas City Power and Light before moving to the Fayetteville area. He was in auto sales and a realtor at Lindsey Real Estate before retiring. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fayetteville.
He is survived by his wife, Jackie of the home; two daughters, Melody Teeter of Fayetteville and Andrea Teeter of Branson, MO; a granddaughter, Isabelle Teeter of Fayetteville; two sisters, Cathy Teeter of Kansas City and Becky Gale of Bella Vista.
Visitation will be held 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Sunday May 22, 2011 at Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville; Rosary service will be 6:00 PM Sunday at Moore’s Chapel. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fayetteville. Burial will be at the Fayetteville National Cemetery.
