Charles W. McCormack Jr, 79, of Fayetteville, Arkansas died Saturday, January 24, 2004 He was born March 31, 1924, in Phoenix. AZ the son of Charles W. McCormack Sr., and Isable Rose McCormack. He was a Chauffeur and a loving husband.
His wife Wanda McCormack of the home survives him.

Services will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, January 28, 2004 at the Nelson Berna Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Glenn Lundwick Officiating. A Private burial will follow at the Son's Chapel Cemetery
