Charlotte June Reed's Obituary
Charlotte June Reed, age 94, of Bentonville, Arkansas, met her Savior face to face on Resurrection Day, April 5, 2026. She was born on February 5, 1932, in Paducah, Kentucky, to Hugh and Avis Taylor Jones. She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Lloyd Reed; her son, Roger Dale Reed; and her grandson, Kane Koenigseder.
Charlotte was a devoted homemaker whose life centered around her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved. Charlotte especially cherished time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, creating lasting memories through family gatherings, special traditions, and meaningful moments together. She also had a passion for preserving family history, organizing cherished memories, and enjoyed traveling with her husband, Lloyd, as well as taking her grandchildren on memorable trips.
Charlotte is survived by her children, William “Bill” Reed and his wife, Eva, of Bonnerdale, Arkansas, and Diane Koenigseder and her husband, Jim, of Bentonville; her grandchildren, Casey Koenigseder and his wife, Trista, Chris Reed, Tara Hill and her husband, Brady, Nate Koenigseder and his wife, Julie, Mallory Reed, and Whitney Clemons and her husband, Jones; as well as eight great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at Fort Smith National Cemetery. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Rogers.
Charlotte will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her kind and nurturing spirit, and the beautiful legacy of memories she leaves behind.
