Chloe Irene Harriman Springston Thomas' Obituary
Chloe Irene Harriman Springston Thomas, age 86, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Thursday April 15, 2021. She was born September 13, 1934 in Japton, Arkansas to Hershel Harriman and Dora Ward Harriman. She was preceded in death by her first husband Floyd Springston Jr. and her second husband Walter Thomas Jr.; her parents, her baby sister, Barbara Ann Harriman and a niece Belinda Curtis.
Those left to cherish her memory are her three daughters, Deborah Tumer of Elkins, Sandra Shumate and her husband Darrell of Elkins, Marilyn Coffelt and her husband Bill of Rogers, Arkansas; her son, Steve Springston and his wife Shannon of Holdenville, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Melissa Douglas and her husband Robert, Allison Bailey and her husband Micah, Sara Shumate, Graham Coffelt; her brother, Jack Harriman and his wife Rita of Fayetteville; two sisters in law, Barbara Springston and Inez Springston.
Chloe was a faithful member of the Church of Christ from an early age and taught Bible classes and Vacation Bible School for many years.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Tuesday April 20, 2021 at Moore’s Chapel. Graveside service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at Ledbetter Cemetery under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
