Dan and I had many cases together. He was always a pleasure to work with and I enjoyed seeing him at the gym after we had both retired. God grant him and his family eternal peace.
I loved having Dan and Robin as pewmates at Argenta UMC. A memory that stands out for me was riding with Dan to the prison for a worship service. I was not a fan of his driving, but I loved hearing his stories about his career, family and involvement with prison ministry. When we arrived at the prison, Dan was obviously a VIP and I felt honored to be a part of his group. I feel he exemplifies "a life well-lived". He touched many lives and will be missed.
So sorry about Dan. Praying for the family.

I was lucky enough to meet him and work with him at the Tellez Law Firm. He would never stop talking about how much he loved his wife. He stood in for one of the others attorney's one day and I had to ride with him to Faulkner Co Circuit Court. On the way there he told me the best stories. How he met his wife, all the cool jobs he had and since we had already covered a lot on the ride back we listened to all his favorite songs. He made me wait for the very last song to be done before we got out of the car. My condolences to the family. He was an amazing man and will always be remembered.

I remember Dan as a teacher. He taught a Sunday School class at University Church of Christ using his lawyer brain to make us think about scripture in a new light, always asking "think" questions. He also led a small group that we attended in the Stripling home in Conway. He always made it interesting and you came away seeing the world a little differently. He was a good man, dedicated to his family and his Lord. He had an impact on all he met. I'm so sorry for your loss. Judie & Bill Burney
Dan and I shared many meals at Taziki’s where he would tell stories of his prosecutor days and encourage me as a young preacher. I admired him so much and I’m sad he passed. Sending lots of love to Robin and the rest of the family.
My Dad was a man of honor, truth and love. He carried himself with respect and dignity. I have always looked in the mirror and wished I looked as distinguished as my Dad. He always provided for us. To have his respect meant something. He was a great Dad and I miss him so much. I have so many wonderful memories. Thank you Dad. I love and I miss you.
My prayers are with you. Dan sure loved his family. 🙏💕🙏
