Cleo Marlene Coughenour, 80 of Holiday Island, Arkansas died Monday, May 5, 2014 in Fayetteville. She was born December 8, 1933 in Pittsburgh, Kansas the daughter of Hiram McCullough and Opal Stafford McCullough.
She was a member of Holiday Island Community Church in Holiday Island and was preceded in death by a daughter, Stacy Kerley Youngblood.
Survivors include her husband, William Coughenour; 2 daughters, Kristi Kerley Wickes and Stephanie Kerley Schwartz; Stepson, Kurtiss Coughenour; Stepdaughter, Lauri Cox; 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
