Clifford Eugene Todd's Obituary
Clifford Eugene Todd was born to Clarence Theodore and Georgia Mae Shaw Todd on June 28, 1942, in Springdale, Arkansas. Clifford graduated high school at Springdale. After graduation, he attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and Central Baptist College in Conway.
Clifford was preceded in death by both parents and one brother, Albert Daniel Nale.
Clifford married Phyllis Kay Wright on May 22, 1981, in Kingsland, Arkansas. They lived in Fordyce, Arkansas, for 7 years before moving to Fayetteville, Arkansas in June of 1988.

Christopher Lee Todd, spouse Cathey Michelle Daniel Todd, sons, Jacob Wesley Todd and Caleb Daniel Todd from Lowell, Arkansas.
Scarlett Suzanne Todd Saunders, spouse, Curtiss Wade Saunders, son, Weston Shawn Turner, spouse, Chastity Faith Harvey Turner, and son, Austin Wade Saunders from Warren, Arkansas.
Rachel Michelle Todd, from Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Clifford is also survived by one brother, George Raymond Todd (Sharon), Sisters, Annetta Nale Privette (Rick), and Noma Jean Nale Wolfenbarger. Clifford was also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Clifford worked at Benton Casket Company for about 17 years building caskets and supervising the work crew. He also traveled on sales trips and sold caskets to funeral homes in various states.
Clifford pastored several Baptist Churches in Arkansas, including New Friendship Baptist Church. He pastored at this church for almost 2 decades.
Clifford, Phyllis, and Rachel moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas, in 1988. Clifford worked at Superior Industries in the Maintenance Department. This industry manufactures wheels for vehicles.
Clifford was very talented at drawing, and he also made furniture. Clifford loved attending craft shows and even had a booth at times selling homemade crafts with his mother. They were very successful at this.
Clifford also enjoyed gardening. He loved perennials, especially Tiger Lilly’s and planted them all over the yard. At one time he wanted to have the most beautiful yard in Fayetteville. He worked hard on his flowers and really enjoyed growing them.
As Clifford got older, he began to have many health issues, his last health issue was Esophageal Cancer. He died on December 12,2021.
