Dakota James Slaughter's Obituary
Dakota James Slaughter, 21 of West Fork, AR passed away Saturday, March 19, 2011 in Fayetteville, AR. He was born March 10, 1990 in Tahlequah, OK to Darrell and Mary (Wiford) Slaughter. He was a member of First Baptist Church in West Fork.
Dakota was a kid that everyone that met him could not help but be touched by him.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Travis “Pete” Slaughter and Gladys Pearl Slaughter.
He is survived by his parents of West Fork, AR, one sister; Makayla Slaughter of the home, one brother; Mason Slaughter of the home, and his maternal grandparents; Jim and Katherine Wiford of Miami, OK.
Visitation will be held on Monday, 21, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Nelson-Bena Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at West Fork First Baptist Church with Reverend Matt Slaughter officiating. Burial will follow at West Fork Cemetery.
