David LeGrand Johnson's Obituary
David LeGrand Johnson, age 76, of West Fork, AR, passed from this life into the arms of Jesus, Wednesday, September 29, 2021. He was born October 12, 1944, in St. Louis, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph LeGrand Johnson and Jane Gundlach Johnson and a daughter Wanda Moorhouse. David was a former general sales manager for City Lumber and ABC Block, and a retired Pastor. He was a member of First Baptist Church of West Fork.
Survivors are his wife, Carolyn Eubanks Johnson; his children, Sandra MacMillan, Lynn Johnson, Rhonda Gomez, Juanita Jordan, Maynard “Rowdy” Brasher; a sister, Ann Johnson; eleven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 4, at First Baptist Church in West Fork. Burial is in West Fork Cemetery by Nelson Berna Funeral Home of Fayetteville. Visitation is from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, October 3, at Nelson Berna. Memorials are preferred to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Shriner’s Hospital of St. Louis or Gideon’s International.
