Deanna and I worked in the same office for a short period of time. She always had a smile on her face and willing to help in any way. She truly will be missed. Praying for her kids and family during this difficult time.
Deanna and I grew up together. We lived across the street from each other. I can’t remember how old we were when we started our first business, our own Babysitter’s Club based on the book series. We printed flyers and went door to door in the neighborhood. I’m pretty sure we charged $1/hour/child. Ha!
She will always hold a special place in my heart. Praying for her kids and family through this difficult time.
The last talk I had with Deanna was on her birthday June 13, 2024. I was wishing her a Happy Birthday and she said "Do you remember when we used to have big family meals and get togethers at Mamaw's and you and I would go for long walks and you would always let me wear your class ring?". She said that made me feel so special. I said you are special. (I will forever cherish the memories) We love you Dee and you will forever be in our hearts. One day we will see you again. Praying for all of the family and her children in the days ahead. May we all look to God for the comfort only He can give.
