Deborah Ann Scott's Obituary
Deborah Ann Scott, age 65, died on Monday, July 9, 2018 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Debbie was born on May 4, 1953 in Burlington, Iowa to Betty and Thomas Lynch. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Katie Scott; her son, Michael Scott; her sister, Karen Lynch; and her father, Thomas Lynch.
Debbie was a loving, caring, passionate, selfless, and strong woman. She was so many things to so many people – a mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt, friend, teacher, mentor, and so much more. Throughout all the difficulties that life gave her, she was a rock for her children, family, friends, and students.
She is survived by her daughters, Erin, Sara, and Jennifer; her mother, Betty Lynch; her brother, Mike Lynch; her sisters, Maureen Railsback and Kathy Richardson; her sons-in-law, Cosmo Denger, Brennan Duke, and Andrew Terry; and her many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many more whose lives she impacted.
The visitation will be held Saturday, July 14, 2018, from 10:00 - 11:00 am at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville with the funeral services to follow at 11:00 am. Interment will follow immediately at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
Pallbearers will be Erin, Sara, Jennifer, Cosmo, Brennan, and Andrew.
Immediately following, family and friends will meet at Walker Park to celebrate the life and love of Debbie.
