Deborah K. Tomlinson, age 52, of Prairie Grove, AR, died Friday, December 20, 2019, at Washington Regional Medical Center. She was born June 2, 1967, in Denver, CO. Her father LeRoy Adams preceded her in death. Survivors are her husband Carl Tomlinson; one daughter Brittany Tomlinson of Plano, TX; one step- daughter Jennifer Warren of Fayetteville, AR; her mother Beverly Schadt Adams of Mt. Lake, MN; two sisters Sue Adams and Nancy Adams both of Mankato, MN. There are no services planned, cremation arrangements are by Moore’s Funeral Chapel.
