Dennis Callahan's Obituary
Dennis Callahan, 59 of Springdale, AR passed away, Monday, August 23, 2010 in Springdale, AR. He was born December 5, 1950 in Ottawa, IL to Howard and Lora Lee (Mayberry) Callahan.
He was a postal carrier for the U.S. Postal Service and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife; Kathy Callahan, three sons; David Callahan and wife Jennifer of Siloam Springs, AR, Joshua and Justin Callahan both of Springdale, AR, one daughter; Wendy Ewing and husband Beau of Goshen, AR, four brothers; John Callahan of Austin, AR, Frank Callahan of Arnold, MO, Burdette Callahan of Viola, AR, Otha Callahan of Ward, AR, three sisters; Bethel Wymore of Piedmont, MO, Eva Callahan of Ash Flat, AR, Lonnie Eaton, Of Londell, MO, and eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, August 26, 2010 at the First Southern Baptist Church in Goshen, AR with Pastor Randall Galloway officiating. Burial will follow at Round Mountain Cemetery in the Round Mountain Community.
