Well, you finally finished "the race". You ran it well!
I'll always remember the jokes, that scowl, the wink, and the laugh.
Be sure to tell Bubba & Granny Hi, and I'll see you all up there when it's time.
Love,
Bill
We have fond memories of many services and fellowship with Dewey and Eileen at Calvary Assembly. Please accept our sympathy and prayers for comfort to the family. We regret we were unable to attend the memorial service. May God's peace be with the family during this time. The Opela Family
Dewey and Eileen have been wonderful friends and are indeed wonderful people. I never will forget when someone was hassling my wife and I called on Dewey for professional police help. He was right there for us. The earth has lost a great person, but the earth's loss is heavens gain.
Sincerely,
Jim
I have a funeral up her on the 17th, sorry I will not be there, but you are in our prayers.
A Good Friend and a Good Man.
I always thought the world of Dewey, He was that older brother I never had. Aileen, I hope God will help you through this time of grief. I wish I could say more to comfort You, and his children.
Give Bobbie and Billie my regards.
Dewey will be on my mind tomorrow, as well as his Family.
Regards Norman Gabbard
May you have fair winds and following seas.
I began my law enforcement career in 1981 at the Washington County Sheriff's Office. In those early formative years, I learned many of the skills needed to be a Deputy Sheriff from Dewey. He always had time to answer a rookie's endless questions. Dewey will always have a special place in my heart.
My prayers are with you.
May God be with you in the time of sorrow. He is always present. Keep looking up and trusting in Him.
