Dolores L. Burke's Obituary
Dolores L. Burke, age 79 years, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2014 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born May 28, 1934 in Penfield, Pennsylvania to parents Clarence Lewis and Thelma (Chambers) Lewis.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Sondra Ward.
Dolores is survived by her husband, Jerry Rose, of the home in Fayetteville; son Michael Burke and wife Joni, of Chapel Hill, North Carolina; brother Gary Lewis and wife Nina, of Pinehurst, North Carolina; step-daughter, Charlotte Rose and her daughters, Sarah and Taylor, all of Chincoteague, Virginia; grandchildren, Silas Burke and wife Kimberly, of North Carolina, and Cassady Burke, of Ashville, North Carolina.
Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 17, 2014 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Fayetteville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul’s Music Fund, c/o St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 224 NE Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701.
Arrangements are under the direction of Moore’s Chapel, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
