Donald Leonard Hoag's Obituary
Donald Leonard Hoag, age 71 of Springdale, Arkansas died Tuesday, November 16, 2010 in Springdale. He was born December 9, 1938 in Yates Center, Kansas the son of John Leo and Mary Francis Merewether Hoag.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Hoag of the home, two daughters, Valerie Holt and husband Russell Holt of Rogers, Arkansas and Susan Pendergraft and husband Kevin Pendergraft of Tontitown, Arkansas , one sister, Joyce Slater of Yates Center, Kansas, five grandsons, and five great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Elm Springs United Methodist Church Chapel that faces School Avenue in Elm Springs, Arkansas.
Rev. Stewart Smith will officiate.
The family request memorials are made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72762.
