So sad to know of your passing over. May God be the one with you
I Met Don in Fort Worth TX, we were neighbors when he had his corner booth he liked so much in the 300 block . He was a great artist who always had his best presentation no matter what was going on. He will be missed by everybody who knew him. We never got to trade fiddle tunes.
A sympathy card has been sent to the family of Donald R. Nibert c/o Moores Chapel funeral home.
Thank you for sharing the purity of your craft and your vision with us for so many years! As my booth neighbor at the Fort Worth Main St. show our interesting and insightful conversations encouraged me yearly! You will be missed...
As a fellow artist, we would run into Don anywhere from Houston to Minneapolis. It was always good to see Don and catch up on what was going on in our lives. I remember surprising him in his booth in Minneapolis when I brought a banjolin I had rebuilt. We will miss you Don, our universe has gotten a bit smaller.
Enjoyed knowing you don. I liked your humor and you were a good man and a great artist
To all of Don's family and friends I extend my deepest sympathies. To Don I say, thank you for so many years of wonderful music.
As a fellow potter and friend, I thank Don for his sense of form and creativity. He left us all richer.
We shared some nice times with Don on our visits to Arkansas. We enjoyed some nice dinners with him; time
by the lakes and creeks of
Bella Vista; and watching kids baseball games. We will miss him.

Don was taken way too soon in life. He was a great guy that I would have liked to have gotten to know better.
He will be greatly missed at our holiday gatherings.
Bobby and Martha, be strong, and be proud that you raised an exceptional and talented son.
