Donna Hayden Lyles' Obituary
Donna Hayden Lyles, 52, of Fayetteville passed away peacefully Saturday, May 11, 2019. She was born August 26, 1966 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Wendell and Norma Lennox Hayden. She graduated salutatorian from Pine Bluff High School then headed to the University of Arkansas where she earned a BA in Political Science followed by a Juris Doctorate degree in 1991. Donna began her law career with a stint in Washington D.C. and moved back to Fayetteville where she practiced family law for the past 28 years. She dedicated herself to serve others through her passion for the law and treating her clients with dignity and respect as if they were part of her family. She was a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and a Baum Foundation Board Member. She is a member of Fellowship Bible Church in Fayetteville.
She is survived by her loving husband, James Lyles, and her two daughters Emily and Caroline. Additionally, she is survived by her parents, Wendell and Norma Hayden of Fayetteville, one brother John Hayden and wife Salinda of White Hall, AR, mother-in-law Ella Mae Lyles of Wichita Falls, TX, and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends. Donna especially enjoyed shopping and at-home fashion shows with her girls, as well as watching them excel at sports and school. She was fiercely loyal and committed to her extended family and community, and will be remembered by all for her warmth, wit, and loving, selfless spirit.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00pm Wednesday, May 15 at Fellowship Bible Church, Fayetteville. A Memorial service will be 2:00pm Thursday, May 16 at Fellowship Bible Church, Fayetteville. Arrangements are under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
