Donnie Dale Perkins' Obituary
Donnie Dale Perkins, 74, of West Fork, passed away on September 7, 2022. He was born on May 14, 1948, in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Alvin and Ida Perkins.
Donnie was an Army Veteran and a member of the VFW. He also enjoyed gardening.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother and two sisters.
Donnie is survived by his wife, Carolyn; four sons, Donnie R. Perkins, Rickey Luper, Greg Luper and Doug McCoy; three daughters, Mindy Perkins, Sherri Luper and Karla Perkins; nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and three brothers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 13, from 5-7PM at Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 14, at 11AM at Moore’s Chapel. Burial will follow at Fayetteville National Cemetery.
