Eric, Melissa, so sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. Dorman was one of the truly nicest men I had the pleasure of working for. Dorman would have given his jacket to someone if they were cold, without hesitation. Hope you 2 are doing well in your life's. He really cared about his people. For a few years in the early 70s
Coy and I rode horses with Dorman on many trails. Dorman was a quiet, thoughtful man who loved his horses and enjoyed time riding with his daughter. He was a great friend. Our condolences to all of Dorman’s family.
I met the Delps at Sequoyah United Methodist Church, where they were faithful members. Dorman was in a Bible study my husband and I led. Later, when my husband experienced serious health issues, Dorman and Phyllis always inquired about our well-being. He was truly a kind gentleman.
I first met Dorman when attending Wesley UMC and later was privileged to take communion to him when he and Phyllis were in residential care. Dorman was a man of genuine faith and loved Jesus Christ. He was always gracious and encouraging to everyone. He also helped
finance the Schmieding Center in his community. This man was an awesome person and he will be missed but I’m so thankful our paths crossed.
