Dorothy Gallegos, 44, of Fayetteville, Arkansas died Saturday, December 20, 2003 in Fayetteville. She was born January 16, 1959, in San Diego, California the daughter of Kenneth and Shirley O'Toole Welch.
She is survived by one son, Richard Cullens of Fayetteville, one daughter, Sarina Craine of Winslow, Arkansas, her father, Kenneth Welch of California, one sister, Thelma Jean King of California, brother, Andrew Welch of California and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 24, 2003 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home and Crematory in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
