Dorothy Hackler Oswalt's Obituary
Dorothy Hackler Oswalt, of Fayetteville, AR, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2012 at the age of 82 years. She was born March 13, 1930 in Dierks, Arkansas to parents Earl Dawson and Beatrice (Bohannon) Dawson.
She was preceded in death by her two husbands; Hugh Edward Hackler and Col. Barney Oswalt.
She is survived by two daughters, Kathy Horton and husband Dr. Joe Horton, of Fayetteville, AR; Dr. Anne Langley and husband Larry, of Benton, AR; four grandchildren, Douglas Horton and wife Jennifer, of Fayetteville, AR; Allison Horton Adams, and husband Anthony, of Fayetteville, AR; Sarah and Mason Langley, of Benton, AR; one great-granddaughter, Brianna Adams.
Visitation will be on Saturday, October 13, 2012, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home, 4520, North Crossover Road, Fayetteville, AR.
Graveside services are 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 14, 2012, at Mountain Home Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas, with Dr. Gary Renegar of Fayetteville and Sandra Storment of Little Rock speaking.
