Dorothy M. Harter's Obituary
Dorothy M. Harter, 95 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Sunday, March 3,2024 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville. She was born May 16,1928 in Petaluma, CA to John R. Stone and Leona G. (Paulson) Stone.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an accomplished seamstress, quilter, painter and loved all things creative. She was a member of the Son’s Chapel Quilters as well as the Red Hats Ladies Group.
She was preceded in death by her husband George Harter and son Gary Neil Harter.
She is survived by her brother, Jim Stone of Petaluma, CA, her three sons, Lance Harter and wife Kim of Fayetteville, AR, Larry Harter and wife June of Las Vegas, NV, Glenn Harter and wife Sue of Sacramento, CA, and daughter in law, Barbara Harter of Lubbock, TX, eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren and another on the way.
A memorial service will be held later this summer in California.
