Dorothyanne Barry's Obituary
Dorothyanne Barry, age 79, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, July 12, 2026. She was born October 13, 1946, in Chicago, Illinois to Edward and Dorothy (Dietrich) Barry and was deeply proud of her Irish heritage. A devout Catholic, she was a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Fayetteville, where she enjoyed attending Mass. In her early years, she was a Registered Nurse before receiving her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law and continuing her career as an attorney. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Elaine Williams.
Dorothyanne is survived by her son, Tim Williams of Lake Zurich, Illinois; four grandchildren, Thomas Williams, Ethan Williams, Lily Williams, and Ainsley Williams; and five great-grandchildren, Jasper Williams, Alex Williams, Godric Williams, Merek Williams, and Winter Williams.
Funeral Mass will be 1:00 pm Friday, July 17, 2026, at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Saint Joseph Cemetery under the direction of Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville.
