Karen and family: I am so sorry to hear of Doug's passing. It has been many years since I've seen you (at lease since your move to Colorado. I worked with Doug at the Juvenile Home and spent many evenings trying to beat him (unsuccessfully) at tennis. I learned much from him about compassion and perseverance, and maybe a little about county politics. I have thought of you all many times. Blessings to you all.
Karen, you and your family are in our hearts and prayers.Nancy and Dave Eddleman

We mourn the loss of a very dear friend & former colleague. On behalf of the Yavapai County Adult Probation Department in Arizona, we are so very sorry for your loss. Doug was a wise & calm influence on his fellow employees & the probationers he supervised. He was a joy to work with and fun to be around. Our hearts and prayers are with you.
A wonderful person to work with. I've missed him long before now, but know that his family's grief must be devastating. I pray for their peace and comfort.

Karen and family, Doug was a wonderful man and co-worker. We both attended long trainings for the Adult Probation Department together and somehow made it through them. Doug touched the lives of so many people and will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
