Mitzi Miller (Friend)
I used to work in my dad's law office downtown. When my parking meter ran out, Dougie would always skip ticketing my car in the EJ Ball lot because he knew that within five minutes, I would run out the door waving wildly and screaming, "I'm coming with some more change!!" He'd be standing there with a big grin going, "Well, there you are. Put some change in your dad's meter, too, cause I'm gonna have to give him a ticket next!" That's how we met and became friends. He was a kind, good-hearted person. He will be missed.
