To Sue and Family. We Love you with all our heart.
Lance & Annette Christenson
We express our condolences of sadness to Sue (Suzie) and family, and genuinely want to celebrate our Thanks for the privilege of Doug memories and of our time being Bella Vista neighbors just across the street. We, coming from the Chicago area periodically, and Doug commuting from Wichita (in earlier years), with Sue & our other special neighbors, Bill & Gerrie, maintaining the BV homes. Each visit for whatever length of time was always cheery and full of Doug offers of hospitality & sharing, many times of watching animals up close in the woods off the back deck & golfers on the 2nd tee box, and really to just be in the comfort moment. They were truly times of 'family' feeling of togetherness, and we loved every minute. Our 'goodtime' memories are quite easy to recall and they bring smiles & happiness to our hearts. Thank you - Doug & Sue... With our Love & Prayers.... Len & Arlene Erdahl
To one of the finest and most fun-loving guys I have ever known. I will miss you. For over 30 years you and your team at Lee Products (Pat, Jason, Rob and Big Ray) were a true joy to work with. We all had so much business success in Wichita with your leadership and so many personal experiences together celebrating with lots of golf (neither was any good), telling corny jokes and enjoying many dinners at our favorite Scotch and Sirloin. I will remember my many visits with you and Susie and your hospitality. You were the consummate professional and entertainer with such a positive attitude. All of us who have known you will truly miss your fun and spirit. To the Best!!! Rest in Peace. Tip one for the Douger!! John and Barb Hartzler.
What a sweet guy. I loved working with him, then when my husband, friends and I would visit in Bella Vista he and Sue were so gracious. We had great visits and he would always loan fishing and golf supplies when needed. I will miss our phone calls and his great sense of humor.
