My best childhood memories are of traveling to Arkansas with my family and going out to see Rufus and Edna. There was nothing like it! I miss the garden and the tomatoes where I spent the good part of one day when I was very small! I remember going on a picnic with the extended family almost everyday one year when we spent time back there. I practiced driving when I was 15 going from field to field on their farm. I learned how to milk a cow there. They were always glad to see anyone who went out to see them.
