Eleanor G. Shefte's Obituary
Eleanor G. Shefte, 97 of Springdale, AR passed away Sunday, May 12, 2013 in Springdale. She was born May 26, 1915 in Chicago, IL to Fred Gustafson and Hanny (Hult) Gustafson.
She was a retired school guidance counselor. She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville where she enjoyed the hooks and needles sewing group and was an ordained Presbyterian elder.
She was preceded in death by her husband Donald F. Shefte.
She is survived by one son Fred Shefte and wife Diana of Fayetteville, AR, one daughter Carey Shefte of Middleburg, VA, two grandchildren; David Shefte and Alison Mitchell who will miss their beloved Nahnny as well as five great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, May 17th at First United Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville with Reverends Phil and Jan Butin officiating. Burial will be held at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, CA.
