Ellman Cleve Grubb's Obituary
Ellman Cleve Grubb, 93, of Springdale, Arkansas died Sunday March 13, 2005 at the Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born October 13, 1911 in Marion Co., Ill, the son of Charles and Maude Hollenbeck Grubb. He was a veteran of WWII, in the United States Navy, later retired from Western Electric as a Senior Engineer, a member of the Springdale Hospital Auxiliary and a member of the Rogers-Bentonville Elks Lodge. He enjoyed all sports and liked following the Razorbacks.
He is survived by one daughter; Kathryn Ann Pope of Bakersfield, California, one son and daughter in law; Thomas Ellman Grubb and Maryann of Tempe, Arizona, two grandsons; Lindsay Cleve Wilson, Jeremy Grubb, several step-children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a special friend Charlene Stohldrier of Springdale, Arkansas
He was preceded in death by his first wife; Verda Moss Brawley Grubb, one grandson; Jeff Grubb, one brother; Russell Grubb and his second wife; Lillian Grubb.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 17, 2005 at the Fayetteville National Cemetery.
