Elvin was a good man. My most vivid memory of him was sharing his storm cellar during storms. I spent time with them when I was young . I remember Jackie and Annie would get me in trouble and Elvin would intervene. They were good times and he will be sorely missed by all who knew him. RIP Elvin
and Jackie and Annie, you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Elmer was on the City Council when I worked for City of Greenland. He was very invested in doing the best possible for the city. He went above and beyond to research and reach the right decisions regarding operations. Wanted the best and didn’t waste money. He was a kind man and always a joy to visit with after we both moved on. Always asked about my family. Very supportive and generous to the Baptist Ford Cemetery. He will be missed.
