Elta D. Richert's Obituary
Elta D. Richert, age 91, of Cumming, Ga, passed away September 9th, 2024.
She was born February 2, 1933, in Hazel Valley, Ark, the daughter of Ray and Jeanette Jordan Fraley.
She attended Northeast Baptist Church while in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was proceeded death by her husband of 54 years, Wilhelm “Bill” Richert and by her parents and nine siblings.
She is survived by her sister Reva Thomas of Arkansas; two daughters, Arlene Peckacheck and her husband Sherm of Minnesota; Kathy Birkland of Minnesota; two sons, Darrell Richert and his wife Lynn of Missouri; Dale Richert and his wife Lesia of Georgia; ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Sunday, September 15, from 3:00PM to 5:00PM at Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville. Funeral service will be Monday, September 16, at 1:00PM at Moore’s Chapel, with burial to follow at Hazel Valley Cemetery.
