Emailee Ahloween Holland Taylor's Obituary
An angel was born on May 22, 1941, by the name of Emailee Ahloween Holland Taylor. Born to Hobert Holland and Dorothy Ishmal, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Emailee left this life on May 4th, 2026. She married Hershel Taylor on May 1, 1958. During their marriage they had three sons. James married Dana, from West Fork, Sheldon and wife Dani and ex-wife Cindy Knott from Fayetteville, and Rocky and ex-wife Missy Geurian from Prairie Grove. She was a homemaker most of her life, but did work for Indiana Glass, Bates Elementary as a baker and was a housekeeper for many years. She was amazing with crafts. She could alter anything! Her cooking and baking skills were top-notch. She could make the most elaborate meals out of very few ingredients. She was a very practical and thrifty woman. She could make something out of nothing! She had two brothers and a sister that she reunited with, Bob, Kathy, and Marvin. This was heartwarming for her. She loved her family dearly. She had one brother that she grew up with, Freddie, married to Sue and lived in Waco, TX. She had 7 grandchildren, Mandi, Tarin, Jacob, Lucas, Zachary, Olivia, and Joe. She had 11 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren, with a 4 great granddaughter due early June.
She was an honest lady, a true lady. She always made sure supper was on the table for her family. Everyone was welcomed and loved by her. She was the matriarch of our family, but her traditions will live through us all. To know her was to be loved by her. She left us with a quote, “I gave it my all” along with the whispered “love you forever”.
She is preceded in death by her spouse of 64 years, Hershel Taylor, Brother Freddie and his wife Sue Holland, Father Hobert Holland and his wife Jettie Holland, Mother Dorothy Johnson and her husband James Johnson. Family will hold a celebration of life on Saturday May 23rd at noon, at her home 15044 Draper Rd. Fayetteville, AR 72704 Bring a dish, this will be a potluck lunch.
