Emma Lou Tunstill's Obituary
Emma Lou Tunstill, 71, of Fayetteville, passed away December 18, 2007 at Washington Regional Medical Center. She was born January 9, 1936 in Patrick, Arkansas, the daughter of Cash Clay and Arta Lee (Mills) Parsley.
She was a homemaker that loved to quilt, crochet, and work with her house plants, and was a member of the Round Mountain Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers; Curtis and Tom Parsley.
Survivors include her husband, John D. Tunstill, one son; Stanley Tunstill and his wife, Sue of Fayetteville, AR, two daughters; Glenda Lee and her husband Patrick of Greenland,AR, Leia Hall and her husband, Clinton of Elkins,AR, four brothers; Kenneth Parsley of Elkins, AR, Frank Parsley of Farmington, AR, Dale Parsley and Carl Parsley both of Fayetteville, two sisters; Lorene Lackey of Patrick, AR and Coleene Stokes of Elkins, AR and eight grandchildren; Lindsay Stewart, Vanessa Stewart, Matthew Tunstill, Whitney Lee, Aaron Lee, Andrew Lee, Kellin Lee, and Mesha Hall.
The family will receive friends at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, December 20, 2007.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, December 21, 2007 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville with Rev. Ray Baggett officiating. Burial will be at Patrick Cemetery in Patrick, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be nephews.
