I give thanks for Eric's life. I was his friend for a short time but grew to appreciate him. I will miss him. I am also grateful that he is a believer in Jesus Christ.

So very Bittersweet... Wow. Imagine, just IMAGINE how WONDERFUL it would be for Eric express his FREEDOM to us all!Well, today he can't. And the cold reality today is that we can't know all the answers.I'm sure growing up Eric knew "all the answers" (all of us did as puppies)... get this: Eric truly NOW knows ALL the answers!Well, we all will at our perfect time :)At the end, all we all need is peace.Eric has that today and is still alive!GOD is in control here - rest well knowing that he's in good hands!xo

Dear Elaine, Dave and Gretchen, I am so sorry that you are experiencing this grief. I am overwhelmed with sadness for you, yet rejoice that Eric is at peace. I've only met Eric a couple times, but my fondest memory is when Mom and I came to Indy for Aunt Marge's Funeral and Eric and Gretchen came to our room to see Mom. They were so sweet to Mom, made her laugh and they comforted her so graciously. You have wonderful children Elaine and Dave! They have done you proud. Eric, be at peace. Love, Cousin Michele
