Eshrat Noorbakhsh's Obituary
Eshrat Noorbakhsh, 92, of Fayetteville, died January 31, 2015 at Willard Walker Hospice Home. She was born November 3, 1922 in Tehran Iran to Syed Mohammad and Mariam Noorbakhsh. She was a retired teacher and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ahmad Noorbakhsh in 1995 and several brothers and sisters. She immigrated to the United States in 1978 and was proud to be a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
She is survived by her daughter Sima Noorbakhsh of Fayetteville, son Sirous Nourbakhsh and wife Parivash of Atlanta, Georgia, son Sid Norbash and wife Sherrie of Fayetteville, brothers Amir Noorbakhsh of Vancouver British Columbia, brother Ali Noorbakhsh of Tehran, Iran; grandchildren Elham (Armin) Ansari, Ali (Neda) Norbash, Kayla (Ivan Mayes) Norbash, Kelsey (Josh) Rice and 4 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and relatives in Iran and around the world.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday February 3, 2015 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville, with interment to follow at Fairview Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Samaritan Ministry care of Fellowship Bible Church of Northwest Arkansas in Rogers.
