Florence Mildred Fox-Bates, 52 of Farmington died Sunday, August 17, 2014 in Fayetteville. She was born April 20, 1962 in Brooksville, Florida the daughter of Fred L. Fox, Sr. and Barbara Taylor Fox.
She was employed for several years with Wal-Mart.
She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Ronald Bates of the home; sons, Urban Fox of Rogers, AR, Michael Shank of Farmington, AR; daughter, Cheryl Keyes of Farmington, AR; mother, Barbara Taylor of Fayetteville; brother, Fred L. Fox, Jr. of Farmington, AR and 3 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held, 10:00AM, Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at First Baptist Church, 589 Rheas Mill Rd, Farmington.
Nelson-Berna Funeral Home and Crematory handled the cremation arrangements.
