Florine 'Flo' Land's Obituary
Florine “Flo” Land, age 91, passed away Friday January 9, 2015 in Springdale. She was born March 28, 1923 in El Dorado, Arkansas, the daughter of Jesse and Ada Stacy Thomas.
She retired from Campbell Soup and Luby’s Cafeteria. She was a member of Southside Church of Christ in Rogers, Arkansas.
She is survived by her two children a daughter Anita Johnson and her husband Bob of Springdale; a son Newton Land and his wife Juanita of Coldwater, Mississippi; twin sister Lorene DiBellis of Rochester, New York; two grandchildren, Bronwyn Planchard and her husband Stephen of Mandeville, Louisiana and Brigitte Lehman and her husband Barry of Frisco, Texas and three step-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday, January 12, 2015 AT Moore’s Chapel. Memorial service will be held ll:00 a.m., Tuesday at Moore’s Chapel.
