Ms. Frances was the BEST neighbor and a great person. God bless her family and friends through this difficult time. Rest in Love, Ms. Fran.
Frances, you were a dear friend and will be sorely missed. When asked to describe you to someone I always said she always knew how to get us out of trouble. Thank you for the driving lessons. Without you and Janet I'd be forever in Uber's debt. Life did not always deal you a fair hand but your intelligence and wit carried you through. Rest in peace dear friend and listen for the 'encouraging word'.
Frances was someone very special. I didn't get to know her for long, but when I saw her, she always greeted me with a smile, or a hug. She will be missed.
Fran always made me laugh when with her in high school and at our many girls’ retreats. She was so kind and complimentary to me. She made me feel loved, and I loved her. She was smart too. I missed her greatly at our 60th FHS class reunion. After my husband’s transplant, she called us many times on our wedding anniversaries and on my birthdays to see how we were doing. We had some great conversations. My prayers and sympathy for her family and close friends. When I think of Fran, it won’t be without a chuckle and a big smile.
She never failed to make me laugh whatever the occasion. Good memories and good times. My love to the family. Ann Anderson Wayne
Fran was a great friend! We had so much mischievous fun throughout our long friendship and I loved her dry jokes and humor! RIP my friend, you will be missed.

I considered Fran a good friend. She was very brave dealing with her cancer diagnosis. We were able to visit a lot and had many laughs about our lives growing up and being in school together and the last 25 years. Dirinda Walker Skelton
I knew Frances when we were children and remember being in her Sunday School class. Once her cousin Izzy visited despite having a boil (painful). She brought a pillow. I think Frances had a good sense of humor.
