Frances Teague's Obituary
Sarah Frances Teague, age 94, departed this life Sunday April 6, 2025. She was born May 27, 1930, in Tahlequah Oklahoma, the daughter of Wilson and Toona Pippin.
Frances attended Tahlequah High School. She married Calvin Robert Teague on August 8th, 1947. They had one daughter, Sondra, and one son, Gerald.
She enjoyed attending church, going to the Little O’ Oprey in West Fork, working on the farm, gardening, and taking trips and visiting with her friends.
She loved her family dearly and was a wonderful cook and her home was always the gathering place for special occasions.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Calvin Teague; her parents, Wilson and Toona Pippin; and three brothers, Wilson Jr., Ralph, and Willis.
She is survived by her daughter Sondra Alderson and Larry of Fayetteville, Arkansas; a son Gerald Teague and Sharon of West Fork, Arkansas; three granddaughters, Sharla Alderson, Laura Keys and DeWayne, and Renee Goldsborough and Andy; two great grandchildren, Wesley Keys and Sarah Keys; many nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Friday April 11, 2025 at Moore’s Chapel. Graveside service will be 11:00 am Saturday at Mount Comfort Cemetery in Fayetteville under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
