Mr. Frank C. Rawlings, 78 of Fayetteville, AR passed away March 28, 2003 in Fayetteville. He was born August 9, 1924 in Okmulgee, OK to Charles C. and Grace (Cromwell) Rawlings. He was a retired machinist and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
He is survived by two brothers; Bob Rawlings of Prague, OK, Don Rawlings of Okmulgee, OK, and one sister; Bessie Irene Roberts of Los Angeles, CA.
